Yes. Pythoge, LLC. is the exclusive builder for all homes within Annalue Ridge. 


Yes. Frusterio Design is the exclusive home plan designer for Annalue Ridge.  Following the purchase of a lot, owners have the option of selecting a home plan that has been matched to the specific lot, modifying select plans, or creating a custom home design based upon their needs and preferences. Lot owners will collaborate directly with the team at Frusterio Design to generate their ideal plan. 


Frusterio Design is an award-winning residential design firm founded by Chuck Frusterio with over 30 years of experience strategically conceptualizing floor plans and elevation designs. To learn more about Frusterio Design, visit www.frusterio.com. 


 *All plans must be approved by the Annalue Ridge Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to construction.


Final home plans must be submitted to the ACC for approval within 12 months following the close of a lot sale. 


The construction timeline for each home will vary based upon numerous factors including the house size, complexity, and material availability. An estimated build time will be provided by Pythoge after the review of a submitted plan.
